Who I am
The nathvibe.com website (https://nathvibe.com) is owned and operated by Nathan Vidal. I am a freelance website and graphic designer.
Information Collected
Contact Forms
Whenever you successfully submit the contact form on this site the information that you entered into the form is emailed to me. The information I collect via the contact form is:
- Name (required) – used to identify you when replying to you
- Email (required) – used to reply to you
- Your website address (optional) – used to visit your website if relevant
- Comments (required) – used for you to easily send a message to us
I may use your email address to send you a reply to your requests, concerns or feedback but I will neither send you unsolicited mail nor submit your email address to any mailing list without your permission.
Contact form submissions may be kept for up to one year from the time of last contact with the individual for customer service purposes.
If you do not want to be contacted by me after submitting a message via the contact form you can simply send another message via the contact form indicating so.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

This website uses Google Analytics to collect visitor information for statistical reasons. These include the visitor’s anonymized IP address, referring page, referring keywords, length of visit, browser name, and browser version. This information is collected and used to analyze the performance of this website. No personally identifiable data is stored via our website analytics.

I value all visitor feedback and respect your right to privacy. In that spirit the information that you submit via this website is encrypted and is protected by limiting access to your data to only authorized personnel and password protection.
What data breach procedures I have in place
In the unlikely event that your personal data is stolen or compromised I will contact yo within 24 hours of knowledge of this breach. I will provide information of what data was compromised and when it was compromised to the best of my knowledge.
